Excellent service .
The wait time was a big long even though I had an appointment but I was very happy with my treatment .
The practioner assumed that my driver friend was my partner , when I live totally alone and things are therefore a big tricky .

A big shorter wait time is all .

The care from the doctor when we were finally seen was okay.

I phoned 111 who said they had made an appointment for me at Witney MIU. When we turned up at the MIU. the staff didn’t know anything about the appointment. I was treated as though I was lying. The GP on duty was talking very loudly about people trying to jump the GP queue and pretending that they had called 111, clearly referring to me. I was kept waiting for nearly three hours, seeing many patients come and go after I arrived, until I was the very last patient, even though I was bleeding heavily from a burst haematoma, and I then had to be taken to the emergency surgical unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital. I was treated like a liar and someone trying to game the system.

I honestly can't explain the impact Kirsty and the team have had on our lives. To have someone calmly guide us through such a terribly stressful time was nothing short of life changing. Toileting issues like Zeliha's can dominate family life and I didn't know where to turn. Articles and books exist but what I needed was for someone to confidently tell us what to do. And that's what Kirsty did. I can't thank you enough.

I can't think of a way to improve this, only perhaps to have been given access to it earlier.

I was dealt with politely and promptly and I knew how long I had to wait. The care was excellent - I was listened to and the communication was excellent. Couldn’t be better.
