This was our first time at the Witney Minor Injuries unit. We were greeted kindly and made to feel we were not in the way. The nurse practitioner was friendly and put me at ease, rapidly dealt with the problem, and was able to refer me directly to the Podiatry Unit and report to my GP - saving me from further fuss. I am very grateful
