The patient had a small fish bone stuck in his throat after eating a salmon fillet at supper on 5/10/17. The nurse could see it near his left tonsil and said she would try and remove it. She was calm and confident and the patient was also happy to let her try. Using a special right angled tweezers, she quickly removed the slender fish bone. Great relief not to have needed a referral to ENT at JR! Many thanks.
