Nothing needs improving regards the care, patience and respect shown to my mum. She was extremely demanding due to her anxiety and S.T.M.L. I know a few of the nurses, careers as I previously worked with them. All are superb those I know and those I didn't. When I left my mum on that first evening I knew she was in the best place with the best care. I was able to go home and recoupe. I am so so relieved there was a bed free and grateful for what has been done for mum.
