Staff were caring, kind, sensitive, well trained, cheer & inventive in their suggestions for my homeward journey to Essex. They very obligingly sent an email to my roadside recovery insurance to confirm my inability to drive. Nurse Ada especially went above and beyond. Although not attended, they managed to make an appointment for the next day at JR trauma clinic. Same appointment has taken 3 weeks at Basildon hospital. Surroundings were pleasant with good facilities.
