I was treated with great kindness by all the staff { } at the EMU. Treatment was explained clearly and I felt I had the opportunity to ask questions when I wanted to.

I had to want quite a long time to see a doctor on my second visit - however. I appreciate that staff were very busy both within the unit and elsewhere in the hospital the doctor I saw was also very apologetic!
