Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Waiting area was large and felt pleasanter than other hospitals.

My child's double break was not identified. I was told it was 99.9% likely that the heel wasn't broken because she hadn't been dropped from a height (it was). I understand that the practitioners had had really long days and that the breaks were hard to see, but it's worth remembering that the patient and I (her mother) knew that it was broken and that's always worth taking very seriously and a closer look, although I understand that it's frustrating sometimes.
