NHS online offers an excellent, efficient service. I downloaded my problem and within minutes a GP rang me back. Very helpful and listened to my problem and reacted quickly. The GP at the hospital was also very helpful and supportive. Thank you very much.

No improvement needed. Excellent all round on the day. Obviously if they are busy you may have to wait a bit longer.
