The staff are kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable and come to ones help fairly quickly when called. Medication is carried out on time (five or take 10 mins). Meals are of good quality or brought at regular times. Working and dressing are carried out professionally and are a good help in the shower. High standards of hygiene and cleanliness are practised. The OTS are very strict with exercising and have restored my mobility.
