Staff were friendly

Well I think they forgot about me, we were there for 6hrs. I was seen by the first nurse after 1hr and told soneone would call me through to be seen by the consultant but i then had to go and ask when it was my turn after 5hrs. They said they called me twice but I hadn't left the waiting room except to go to the toilet but my husband was with me and he stayed in the room while I was gone . Of course I understand its always busy and I was told I would have to wait as I hadn't been referred by anyone hence why I didn't ask before as i didn't want to bother them the receptionist unnecessarily.
