Quick, efficient service. We were seen on time and daughter’s UTI identified quickly and prescription issued along with advice on what to do if condition worsened.

No improvements. I gave one star for the ‘no information on waiting times’ but it isn’t really applicable to us. We didn’t have to wait at all.
