Friendly helpful staff with plenty of humour. Most staff members manage somehow to find time for a patient, even at very busy times and when under pressure from shortage of personnel. Occasionally there are differences of opinion between staff members about minor treatments, e.g. for skin conditions leading to discrepancies in medication use.
