The ambulance drivers were quite excellent and when collecting the patient. After an incontinent accident they cleaned the patient under difficult circumstances. The hospital service was also good with the exception of one rather indifferent nurse.

It would be more useful if the service control (ambulance) was not all concentrated in one area, as they do not know any of the operating areas. Also the nursing staff were not so overworked.
