Clinicians clear and helpful. Reception staff clear in their communication. Great to see the male receptionist be very patient and helpful with a non English speaking patient. As ever the real challenge is to just be patient whilst being subject to the system. You don’t know where you are in the que, or how long it might take, and you are made to feel that asking is not welcome; you just have to sit and wait. There is no other service in my life where I have to just accept without question and just wait. As it was, only there just over 2 hrs, which is good given I recently experienced over 24 hrs of waiting with an elderly patient in an acute settings.
