Got seen within the stated wait time, xray'ed and diagnosed, given required medication. Staff friendly and warm, even though clearly working under a lot of pressure.

Reduce wait times. This is not a specific criticism of the Witney clinic, more a general comment about current NHS, which I think is under resourced.
