I was greeted by two kind, helpful 'kept' who make me very comfortable and reassuring. Yasmin and Carey are a credit to NHS!!

Nothing - Yasmin and Canat could possibly educate other 'HCP'S' on how to be reassuring, especially with such nursing procedures!!
