Diabolical. Charged in full for an operation I couldn't have, owing to a heart condition that introduced itself a few days before the surgery. I was told in writing the full amount was being refunded, only for the Hospital Director to follow up and say it would be 50%. This 50% has not materialised. The focus is solely on profit, with zero consideration for mental or physical health when such circumstances arise.
