The only improvement would be attending a clinic at the nearest locality, though I understand that might have meant waiting longer tonbenseen
All ways good service for hearing
On arrival I joined the queue at reception however as I waited to be seen next another gentleman came through the door and stood behind me and to my utter shock the receptionist an asian gentleman ignored and started to ask the person behind me. I said I am next and he said ' sir I will deal ' with you too but the point is that it was a very unfair thing to do treating your patient with such manner.
I felt like my son was in excellent hands. My sons needs are complex and urgent so being listened too and given prompt treat was especially important. The consultant and the nurses were wonderful. The recognised him at every appointment and made a crisis much less frightening.
Efficient all staff friendly professional. All in all i was very mpressed
I was seen very quickly after my visit to my GP. And given prompt treatment, for which I am very grateful.
I was very impressed that we were seen on time and that the ENT Dr was extremely helpful
All the health professionals at the hospital were very friendly and kind. I did have to wait for a while but the doctor apologised and explained why (not that I minded as I understand that these things happen!).
The doctor listened to me, answered my questions and was very personable. I then received the review letter in a timely fashion.
They made me fill less worried and explained and showed me how things are going to go
All staff were pleasant and helpful , keeping patients informed of any delays or changes . Monitoring if patients were in waiting room a long time .
