The radiotherapy treatment plan worked like clockwork - smooth, slick, and highly organised. All the staff were professional but yet caring, supportive and reassuring when, as a patient, you were concerned or worried about something. The arrangements made to enable treatments to continue throughout Covid19 were first class. Like many who were able to drive themselves each day for a treatment, car parking was a concern - I know this is not a medical issue, but worrying if you could park or having to wait for a space and get to your appointment or even get to a toilet in time could be stressful. My grateful thanks to the Staff - you do the NHS and WPH proud.
