All the staff volunteers was friendly, helpful, caring and supportive, I was able to have the therapies which were fantastic, it was my first session and enjoyed my day feeling good after a day here talking to everyone.

Could not be improved.
Staff were excellent and the treatment and food were really appreciated. Made you feel comfortable and welcoming.
I personally think that the two complementary therapy that I have been connected with A&E extremely helpful I have not had any of theses therapies before I came tot he hospice and they have been introduced to me and they have been very helpful, The mouthwash has been amazingly great because of in dry mouth and gum problems. They have helped with gum problems that is to do with bleeding. The other therapy which is a quiet massaging or your hands is very relaxing and again while this is being done a conversation is made in a quite way but only if you want it. I think it is a cray therapy and very helpful in both ways.
Everything to do with the hospice since I have been has been excellent. There hasn't been a day were I could say that It's bad. I believe that the one to ones that they do are so beneficial and really necessary. I know that every hospice look to improve every year but what I have witnessed in the 24 weeks I have been here cannot be improved in my eyes because how can you improve something that is so fantastic and caring. If someone asked me outside what I thought of the hospice I could not say anything negative in any way. I would refer them.
