Tried hypnotherapy for insomnia received a few sessions really helped me can’t believe how powerful it is I can now sleep and my vivid dreams have gone I feel at peace which is so important for me.

Massage helped to forget about how you are feeling. If something is going on in my brain helps me forget it. Can’t thank you enough makes me feel better. Don’t feel so dizzy could almost go back to playing sport feel so good. Brilliant.
