The quality of my life is 100 better service being in day hospice. It has given me the courage to deal with issues around end of life. This in turn leaves me with a more peaceful day to day life. How one could improve on this would be very difficult to do.

Individual attention.
Caring staff.
Calm and friendly atmosphere.
Accepted very quickly into an established group.
Maybe more "direction" - very easy to sit and go off into a "dream world".

Dance and movement therapy seems to be the right activity for me, particularly as my interests are dance and music. It is not just about my interests and expression though. I also gain benefit from communication with the rest of the group.
A thoroughly enjoyable kind of therapy.
