Sympathetic support. Not feeling alone. Knowledge of local service. Help with procedure. Special thanks to Sue Lady with whom I felt immediately at ease. She allowed me the ear and space to let off stress. My only regret is that we were not involved sooner on that my brother could have been helped quicker.

Everything was amazing.
Everyone was so caring and friendly.
I felt so supported and listened to.
All the team went the extra mile in everything I have experienced today.
This came along just when need it and I am very grateful!
It was great having a relaxing therapy one to one and a hand massage.
The group support was lovely.

Being encouraged to share feelings with peers in a similar situation, group is such a non judgemental and loving place to be yourself. A very added bonus to all the treatment in day care. I feel grateful to be a part of it.
