Staff and helpers very professional, warm and caring. I can't think of anything to improve because everyone is doing such a good job.

My husband always comes home happy after a nice day at the hospice. All the staff and helpers are very kind and friendly, and always ensure patient is comfortable. The hospice seems a very homely place and always very peaceful. I feel very happy leaving my husband for the day as I know he will be very well cared for.

The care received was the most exceptional care received from any hospital I have received care from the nurses have gone beyond the call of duty expected from all NHS establishments. There dedication to patients is overwhelming. Everything asked for has been carefully given. All difficulties have been treated tenderly. In my opinion nothing can be improved and all doctors and consultants have given me all the attention they can possibly give.

Very relaxing and good atmosphere. Nice to meet others and chat whilst leaning new craft skills. Decorating a bottle and colouring a butterfly. So beneficial to join in the group and lunch. Thank you for a wonderful day and kindness and support from very helpful staff and volunteers.
