The staff food and care has been exceptional. Thank you so much.
Suggested improvements
Mum is very deaf even with her hearing aid.
She has not heard everything that she has been told (hopefully we can Louise the masks one day in the near future which would help). So seeing someone without a mask and not side on or moving or {walking} would be a real bonus.
