Politeness, caring support throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble to meet any of my requirements.
Less idle chatter in corridors early hours of mornings would be useful.
Although I normally wake by about 7:30, I did find I was woken about 6- 7 am.
Otherwise all staff are excellent and helpful.
