WGH works well for patients in my experience. I have found that there is always someone available if one needs help to find departments. Generally speaking, busy as they are, staff are always pleasant and helpful. It is essential that WGH continues to serve South Lakeland and is expanded. When one is not well or even when one is fit, travelling to Lancaster or Preston is not straightforward.
