I attended minor injuries with my daughter after we thought she may have broken her foot. Reception staff member was courteous and compassionate, Dr was decisive and reassuring, and they guy who did her xray was great too. We were seen including an xray within 2 hours, which I was very happy with!

Fantastic care provided to my 3 year old daughter. I was kept informed throughout her stay. Both the nursing and medical staff we met were so pleasant and clearly loved their roles. A credit to their profession's. The unit also seemed very clean and organised.
Thank you all for such fantastic care and keeping our minds at ease as parents throughout her short stay.

Brilliant service and seen very quickly. The Children's A&E department was very clean.
Nurses were very helpfull.
Suggested improvements
A medic came into the room twice, assessed my child, and walked out without telling me any plan or her thoughts. Nurses kindly kept me informed before being transferred to the ward. Very good care provided to my 3 year old who remained calm throughout her experience due to the great care and communication provided by the nurses.
