Staff were very good, but are very busy.
Suggested improvements
When I first arrived I was told what room and no staff think to see me for an hour I had to ask for water 3 times. Canula removed when should not have been so needed new one.

All staff involved were very helpful, friendly and supportive. Including advising me when it was not appropriate to undertake the exercise classes when they were concerned about my health. Including making a G.P telephone appointment for me.
Suggested improvements
Cannot think of anything as everything was fully explained and any personal concerns dealt with very professionally.
