Kind, comforting. I can not fault the care I got. Everyone working so so hard I was there long enough to watch them. And yet they treated you as an individual.

Staff gave insight into condition without sounding condescending. They seemed to genuinely care that we understood what was wrong.

We were asked to go home after 2.5 hrs of waiting because there was only one nurse practitioner and she was already an hour over her shift and they couldn’t find a doctor to take over. Then we came back the next evening and waited another 3 hours.

Give us priority the second day we came back when we’d already waited so long.

Ever thing was good snd not as an old 78 was l sitting waiting a cubicle was found . I had a CT scan within an hour of being seen
