Because all the staff, no matter what job they do within the NHS give their all and more, the country would not survive without them.

Silencing annoying alarm, which I know are needed but need timing off quicker.

Wonderful staff who care whatever tribulations patients give them!

No, they work so well under staffing constraints and far too long 12 hour shifts! How can they (got ) expect nurses to work effectively and under great pressure for that length of time!
