I was treated with care and everything was not to much trouble for all staff. The staff were all good and they kept me informed at all times.
Suggested improvements
I don't think anything could of been done better. The nurses and Doctors were very busy, getting patients seen.

Very happy with the care given when I visited A&E. I had to wait a while, but was happy for people who were clearly in a worse state than me to be seen before me.
Suggested improvements
A shorter wait would have been good, but I understand the pressures NHS staff are under, so I quite excepted that it was necessary to wait.

I have been to this hospital twice. Both these times i was received well and taken care of. The treatment options were discussed with me and they made sure it suited me.
Suggested improvements
Only the waiting time was a bit long. I totally understand that it was no fault of the staff. But the wait was worth the care i received from the staff members. I fully respect their patience.

I came in with left neck, shoulder and arm pain from time of arrival I had been triaged and seen within a few hours. All the the staff very helpful and understanding.

We were seen quite quickly and although we were there a while it felt good that there was a series of different stages which broke up the time and felt like it was very slick.

I was sent there by Saint Cross hospital in Rugby, because my condition needed looking at and they don't have doctors only nurses. I must say everyone from reception to nurses and doctors were lovely.
Suggested improvements
My only downside. Was I had to pick up a prescription from the hospital chemist. It was closed so apparently I had to come back to Warwick the next day. However, boots in Rugby did issue the pills via a private prescription because the cost was less than traveling back to Warwick. All in all I wished I loved in Warwick. Spot on 100%.

Tom , the young Orthopaedic surgeon I saw was outstanding. Dealt with me quickly , efficiently but still took the trouble to discuss/explain fully. Was through triage, consultation, X-Ray and out with prescriptions in c 60minutes

Ignored for 5 mins on arrival to A&E while first receptionist was on a personal call then when she spoke to another member of staff
