Everything about the care that I recieved was excellent. I was always attended to, I never had to wait very long to be seen and the staff and carers were friendly, polite and reassuring. Our baby also recieved the best care I could of hoped for on SCBU as well as Swan Ward.

Every step of the way I have been listened to - from induction drugs to c section to after care. Though I saw many midwivies & other staff service felt personal. Only improvement could be sleep - noisy babies = no sleep - perhaps more options for private rooms
