My husbands treated was excellent. He relayed this to me also. Hannah Harris (Ward manager) runs a fantastic and efficient ward. You can see all the staff hold her in high esteem, and this is reflected in the eager & efficient way they carry out their work in a first class manner.

Prompt attendance, wonderful bedside manner (esp. Grace, Carl & Dr Tom on Fairfax,& Rachel, Rose & Dr Tariq (?) in A&E). Was spoken to with respect & not patronised - perhaps communication re notes & treatment plans could better communication between A&E & the ward.

The care I received was excellent, the staff were very polite, curteous and most of all very proffessional. I felt I was being well looked after & cared for by staff who really care & passionate about their job. There is very little about improvements that I can say which would make an further strides forward. Thank you . Geraldine Rooke.
