On first visiting the ward all areas were clean and all the staff greeted us and where very friendly, we were made to feel welcome and not treated like a piece of meat like another hospital I could mention.Nothing was too much trouble, care was taken at all times and If I should require treatment in the future. I would not hesitate to come into Warwick Hospital.

-All the nurses + sister work well as teams-nothing is too much trouble.
-The house keeping staff are lovely too!
-I couldnt have wished for more during my stay. Everyone works extremely hard- hope the management above appreciate its workers.

Everything about the care I have recently received in Oken Ward was of the highest possible standard. Val leads a terrific team of nurses who understand completely what care means. Special meniton of Kerry, Sandra Felicia + Clare- but there were no exceptions. They work for their patients + each other. I can only say THANK YOU.

The nursing staff were caring and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I felt very reassured that everyone knew what to do with me!
I cannot praise them enough, A busy ward but at no time were any patients left.-well done
