The midwives were very personable and reassuring. The 1:! attention was reassuring and the handover between midwives was excellent. The midwives always ensured I understood what the doctors were doing. Doctors should be aware they don't always explain reasons why they are doing certain things.

Midwives were all helpful and understood about my situation (baby in special care.) I was really upset to discover that I was going to be discharged and leaving the hospital without my baby. After already having a stillborn baby this was really hard.
