the staff were very good i think the waiting area should be more comfy so you could have a nap while you wait and the wrist band thing is really good should have a coffee machine in there

comfy chairs and i think a face covering should be a defo requirement

The atmosphere was calm given how stressed things are and everyone I saw was pleasant.

Only ended up in A&E because all doctors surgeries were training that afternoon, and out of hours wanted my little boy seen to within 2 hours. Even though we shouldn’t have needed to be in A&E (could’ve been handled by a GP) we were still able to see a doctor

It was difficult waiting 5-6 hours with a 7 month old in the waiting room. It was hard to keep him from disturbing the other patients and I was very conscious of this. Maybe kids could be separated from adults?

Staff were professional, friendly and reassuring and kept me informed about what was going to happen.

My wife was told to wait in the waiting area until I was in a cubicle. I had been in the cubicle for a couple of hours before she was told she could come in.

I was ignored for 3 hours and only when I said I wanted to discharge myself was a doctor brought to see me

Been allowed to get a taxis to in w instead of waiting for a non existent ambulance to take me

The initial receptionist took a minute or two to acknowledge us but apart from that all very positive
