Lovely staff and short wait.
Great service thank you
Treated my son as a walk in . Needed stitches in finger. Everyone very pleasant and helpful
Staff were lovely, had to ask for food after being there over 6 hours , waiting area was a bit dirty with tissues and medicine pos on floors
The couch was dirty. Usually in gp surgery a sheet of tissue paper is laid on top of couch
Very efficient, kind and caring, no complaints. I had phoned my gp first and they told me to go to A&E - I feel gp could have dealt with it and I just felt bad I had give to A&E.
Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
My son was treated quickly and with care
I brought my son (41) to minor injuries as he had suffered a series of nose bleeds whilst visiting us at home. He was informed by the duty nurse that cauterisation could not be done as his nose was bleeding at the time. We were concerned as he was due to fly back to Brussels that same day and then was going to the US the following Thursday. Fortunately when he got back to Brussels he was able to see an ENT guy who cauterised his nose which took 2 minutes. Could this have been done at the time on Stratford.
Also might it not be a good idea to have some sort of queuing system for minor injuries such as booking in at reception and being given a number.
I received first class service and gave me great relief to know that I was ok
Really good to be given a thorough checkup
Thanks
