Everyone was amazing and were so generous and polite. They answered the bell quickly and got everything. I needed and answered all questions.
Suggested improvements
The night staff do not keep up to date with why your in the ward and are sometimes a bit rushed off their feet so may need some help. Obs should also be done at least one between 9pm and 6am.

The SAU was brilliant. The team were 'on it' and great at community the consultant team let by Paul Marriet was fantastic.
The nursing units were good.

Suggested improvements
It people are in pain they should be offered pain relief. Nothing offered in A&E. Also, why did people, who arrived after me, long after, get seen before me? Where is the fairness in that?
