Staff very helpful - calming with mother-in-law allowed to stay to help with stress, kept informed all the way through asked if I would like drinks over the afternoon informed of clear bill of health straight away.

The dermatology nurse was lovely. Dr. Cheburtor was too and so was the student doctor.

The car park! We were lucky and waited for a space to empty. We got there 20 minutes early for my appointment and took 5 minutes to access a space so occupied space 15 minutes longer than necessary.
