I was not informed of what was possibly happening just informed I could not and only have sips of water. Staff chatted a lot about their home lives and what they done when out of work. I was not offered a drink of water until being their for 6 hours

A little bit more time spent with the patient as the area I was in was empty and staff were ignoring me and chatting among themselves
