The staff on thr ward have been so attentive and caring. The doctors/surgeons have taken me and my condition seriously and have helped me so much, I am incredibly grateful, I feel so much better within only 24 hours and I think the ENT team are doing an amazing job.

Food quality is not great and unclear on meal times.
