I was sent to a and e by 111. When I had been there for 90 minutes I was called in. And was asked to leave as I had a minor illness and they were busy. I did not ask to go there I was told by 111. The nurse said to go back at 8.30am Sunday first come first served Then on the discharge form they sent it was written I had walked out which it didn't. I knew I had a severe case of conjunctivitis and when I phoned 111 I was hoping to get an out of hours appointment.

The receptionist was lovely. I think if 111 are saying to you to go to a and e they need to let receptionists know by email.
