Receptionist was bad tempered and rude Not what you would expect on meeting the first staff member. Kept waiting around throughout the night. Doctor who first saw me was good but locum stood around for hours doing very little.

Ensure that you have staff who have respect for paitents at reception. And ensure that locums time is used efficiently.
