The visit quickly met all my medical treatment needs. All staff were courteous and efficient. I was reassured and the treatments explained. The treatment areas were available for me and kept clean at every stage. I felt confident that I was receiving the best care. Thank you.

I was collapsed on the pavement and told that an ambulance would take several hours to arrive. This was a worry for me. Fortunately the police drove me to A&E in their car.
