When first attending A&E reception orders were barked at me by the receptionist, I got the impression that by asking for help I had somehow inconvenienced her in a very big way simply because I hadn’t spoken into the microphone in the screen and was in a wheelchair due to the two 3inch nails with wood attached sticking into my foot I was actually quite pleased to be directed to the minor injuries dept where the receptionist was very helpful and friendly as was the nurse who treated the injury the four hour wait was tiresome but necessary, I have always received excellent treatment and support from Warwick Hospital and I am hugely grateful for the treatment I receive there, and very aware of the current situation so imagine the receptionist was having a bad day it happens to us all.
