On Thomas Ward everyone I met during my total hip replacement was marvellous. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable. All prepared to go the extra mile. This was all staff not just the lovely nurses and surgical team was spotlessly clean and I felt safe and extremely well looked after. Everyone made the stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. PS. None of you are valued enough
