The staff have all been really lovely, friendly and helpful. the Midwife Nish and trainee Erin and the Manager was brilliant. Post-op care was received wll through the nighte but felt like could have been improved when tests were late being given, even though they were just sat at the nurses station.

Felt like I had to keep prompting on the tests I needed to have, UV drip to be removed, catheter timing to be removed. Everything was completed over an hour later for each task. The first wee sample was left in the bathroom for over 8/9 hours for all to see, even though I told staff 3 times it was there - I'm not sure if the tests were ever done.
