Great staff- professional, caring & committed, Lots of advice & support given, Ward very busy but staff always available, ward clean, Side room given when available so mum & baby could sleep. Fast access to Improved- frequent changeovers of staff meant no consistency (saw 7 midwives) apart from night shift, so had to repeat info so often. Discharge at 845 pm is rather late.
