Patient should be treated in proper care separately.
Suggested improvements
Not put people with learning difficulties with normal patients unless assessed.

Thank you for this feedback. We are an inclusive trust at SWUFT and treat all patients and their care needs, based on their individual needs. In this case this feedback is inaccurate and assuming. I cannot divulge individual patients medical conditions but we cannot and do not separate individuals with learning disabilities from other patients, based purely on that.
